Nääs Fabriker’s success with direct sales and packages

Situated right next to lake Sävelången, Nääs Fabriker Hotel & Restaurant operates within a historical 19th-century cotton mill. This unique venue has 81 rooms, a spa area, restaurant, conference facility, and beautiful surroundings. In addition to a hotel and a restaurant, Nääs Fabriker also has several shops, a café, and co-working spaces. One of Nääs Fabriker’s core ambitions is to attract more visitors to the area through experiences, activities and great guest service.

The Situation before  BookVisit

Nääs Fabriker’s previous hotel management solution lacked the ability to bundle different offers, such as rooms, spa services, restaurant bookings, and gym access, into customizable packages. With the previous solution, there were limited guest options for managing and editing reservations, and the system overall required more manual work from staff.

Maria also highlights the success of offering day packages, excluding overnight stays; “We also benefit greatly from the ability to book our various day packages, where we have bundled our Bathhouse with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as different events and workshops."

Another area of growth for Nääs Fabriker has been the increase in gift card sales.
