“If you look at last year’s numbers, you can clearly see the difference” she explains, holding up a report she’s extracted. “The long bars on the report? Those are our direct bookings. The short ones? Those are from OTAs. Our website brings in the most.”

And the numbers back this up. In 2024, direct bookings were approximately twelve times higher than OTA bookings, and this trend has continued into 2025, where direct bookings remain over nine times higher than OTA bookings.

The cash register, the integrations - nothing worked smoothly. We needed something simple and effective,” the Reception Manager explained.
